Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and the restocking fee will not apply.
