Face taping is a daily practice where we use flexible, gentle adhesive kinesiology tape to influence the muscular and fascial systems of the face. The tape’s micro-cut weave allows it to gently lift the epidermis, creating space between the skin and subdermal tissues. This decompression supports improved circulation, enhances lymphatic flow, and helps to reduce muscle tension. Over time, tense facial muscles begin to relax, lengthen and return to proper function. Begin with clean, dry skin. Cut the tape to the shape and length needed for your specific application. Apply with minimal stretch, following the natural orientation of the muscle. Once placed, gently rub the tape to activate the adhesive through body heat.
